Chris Casas comes with over 23 years of experience selling real estate in the Coachella Valley.
Born and raised in and around the Monterey Peninsula, Chris grew up in his family grocery store business, learning to count by giving change. As a teenager, he was instrumental in running his families 2nd store. This was where he learned his hard work ethic and the responsibility of running a business.
After getting the golf bug, Chris started working in the golf business at Carmel Valley Ranch. Golf eventually moved Chris to the desert to work at La Quinta Resort & Club and the private Citrus Golf Club selling golf and club memberships. Membership sales progressed into selling homes when he joined the new home sales team for the redevelopment of Indian Springs Golf Club.
After the sell out of Indian Springs, he was called upon by a colleague to join Shea Homes to close/sell out Trilogy La Quinta. Working in sales and as the assistant sales manager at Trilogy, he managed and trained as many as 14 sales people at one time while also selling, building and closing the final 500+ homes.
Since 2002, Chris has lived on the 8th hole at Indian Springs Golf Club with his wife Katherine and daughter Cadence. In 2010 he started Indian Springs Real Estate located inside the Indian Springs golf clubhouse where he offers real estate services and a team to assist with buying and selling, including long term leasing and vacation rentals. He offers his "big builder" business practices and sales training blended with his casual, fun and friendly sales environment. Don't t let his casual demeanor or friendly personality fool you, he is well trained and equipped with some of the best knowledge, stats and sales results in the area.
When not in the office or out selling homes, you can find Chris with his family, or having fun in the sun riding bikes, playing golf or taking pictures. Chris "was" an avid golfer trying to keep it in the 70's before starting a family and business. Now he devotes his weekdays to the office, his weekends to clients buying & selling homes and his free time to his family. When extra time does come, you can still find him riding mountain bikes in our local hills or cycling around the valley trying to stay in shape for the Tour of Palm Springs, where he has ridden the "100 mile century ride" more than once!
Chris has been a full time valley resident for over 20 years. He knows his way around town and in the hills! Not only is a great resource for real estate, he is a great resource for what to do or where to eat in the Coachella Valley!
