For all leases short term up to 6 months and longer terms of 6 month or more our clients commonly consider compensation for referring the tenant of 5% of the lease value. All you do is help show and select the property and we do all of the other work, paperwork, HOA/Gate processing, check-in and check-out, while being the first call for issues.
